5. COOKIES

5.1 Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.

5.2 We use essential cookies to make the website work. For example, they remember what's in your basket and keep checkout secure. These don't need your consent.

5.3 With your permission, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website, and marketing cookies to show you relevant ads. We only set these if you accept them in our cookie banner.

5.4 You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings on our website or in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working.

6. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted companies that help us run Forestvega, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:

Your orders are sent from our warehouses in Germany and France, so your name, delivery address and order details are shared with them. The UK recognises the European Union as giving an adequate level of protection for personal data.

Some of our service providers may store data in other countries, such as the United States. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as approved contract clauses or a recognised data protection framework.
